hey guys it's Aaron here and today we're going to do a new segment or series on new writers okay so new 250 new writers let's start up the bike I'm going to show you how to do that today so you put your key in now normally your steering wheel is locked so you put your steering wheel all the way to the left turn the key all the way to the left and pull the key out and it locks a steering wheel so if I were to try and unlock this steering wheel I can't I don't know if this is just my key whether it's not functioning correctly or if it's the bike and now the design to be have to lift the steering wheel if you saw that you see that if the lift the steering wheel and then you can turn the key so your steering wheel keep saying steering wheel but it's handlebars if your handlebars are tilted all the way to left and your key you won't be able to turn your key to pull it up a bit push your key down and then you can turn your key to the off position and then to the on position okay you get two lights one is your temperature gauge and your oil gauge lights those come on you want to if it's cold out or if you haven't started in a while you want to choke it and then when you choke it you want to press this button to start it okay now my my bike is in gear you see that my bike is in gear and there's no neutral light on so I cannot start this thing look at that and my messy garage yes okay so pressing it does nothing so I've got to come down here put my hand on the clutch push it in and kick her up to neutral then you'll get it just like that now I want to talk to you about this choke a bit okay when the show fall the way on the bike wraps up which is good but if you barely touch this thing look at how much that the bike goes down on that just that little movement so you have to be very careful in the beginning that's very touchy in the first tiny bit of the choke all right but basically it depends on what your idols that you can set your eye on with a gauge down there we'll cover that later but basically wherever your idols that keep the bike going till it reaches their nice comfortable a nice comfortable firing rate so if you hear it you miss a few times or misfire or you know that nanana nanana nanana sound then you're not quite warm yet give a few pops here oh it's hesitating and going under look at the RPMs there see how they do nothing it's not warm at all so if I hit the gas it probably stall right now all right so that's basically it to turn it off some people like to turn their key others like to hit the kill switch personally I'm a turnkey guy as far as I know it doesn't do any damage to it it doesn't do any damage either way you do it so and once again when you're parking I would always lock my my front handlebars then it's a lot harder for somebody to pick your bike up and walk away with it mind you the bike only weighs like 300 and something pounds or 400 some pounds so I'm sure someone can do it anyways but it's just bit harder to do it when your steering wheel is locked in the left position now you can unlock it move it up here and then believe yeah yeah you can lock it in the straight position if you want to as well never use that I always use the lock on the left alright any questions comments leave them in the comment section thanks for watching guys you want to see other cool bike stuff that I do which I do do a lot to this bike good and bad check out the channel and we'll see you guys next time once again this is the new newbie series so I'll have a bunch of other stuff like fueling up and you know just basic stuff than not people not a lot of new riders know about so thanks for watching
